• This agreement applies to all individuals and organizations accessing and/or using the network with the domain name hcm-mirai.com, services, networks arising from this domain name; websites and applications owned by HCM Mirai.
• This agreement applies to all acts arising from the use, access, search, sharing, provision, etc. of contents, products, information, resources arising from the network with the domain name hcm-mirai.com, services, networks arising from this domain name; websites and applications owned by HCM Mirai.

• Terms of Use means the entire content of this document and its attachments.
• Website is a general name for all the following objects: website with domain name hcm-mirai.com, services, websites arising from this domain name; and websites and applications running on other platforms owned by HCM Mirai.
• Users (including candidates and partners) are any individuals or organizations using the Website.
• User Content is all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials sent, posted or displayed by the User on the Website or User through HCM Mirai to display on the Website.
• Service is all products that HCM Mirai provides within its business scope by providing directly to consumers or providing indirectly through the Website.
• User Account is a set including 01 (one) Username corresponding to 01 (one) Password that the User uses to log into the Website to use the Website and use the Service.

To use the Service, User agrees to fully perform the steps and regulations that we require when registering for a User Account and/or registering to use the Service, including but not limited to entering information as requested by us and our authentication of registration information,...

User commits that all User Content posting acts do not infringe the rights of any third party. HCM Mirai holds all intellectual property rights to the resources on the Website.

We have the right to temporarily lock User Accounts or stop displaying User Content if there are signs of law violation or causing damage to the Website system.
